Terms of service
The agreement between you and Company Tracker when you use our website and software.
Last updated: October 27, 2026
1. Who we are
Company Tracker ("Company Tracker", "we", "us") provides the Company Tracker software at companytrackerapp.xyz: a web-based CRM and prospecting tool for businesses that sell products and services to U.S. trucking companies. When you create an account, subscribe or use the service, you enter into this agreement with Company Tracker. If you use the service on behalf of a business, you confirm that you can bind that business to these terms.
By using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Payments and Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to payments and handles returns. Paddle's Buyer Terms also apply to your purchase.
3. Business use only
Company Tracker is a business-to-business service. It is intended for companies and professionals acting in the course of their business, not for personal or household use.
4. Subscriptions, billing and cancellation
Plans are billed monthly in advance at the price shown on our pricing page at the time of purchase, plus any applicable taxes calculated by Paddle. Subscriptions renew automatically every month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the Billing page in the app or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. Prices may change for future billing periods; we will tell you in advance and you can cancel before the new price applies.
Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
5. What each plan includes
Each plan includes a monthly allocation of carrier leads, the CRM workspace and a number of user accounts, as described on the pricing page. Leads are delivered into your workspace at the start of each billing month. During the first 14 days after your first payment, 250 leads are delivered right away and the rest of the first month's allocation is delivered when that period ends; CSV export becomes available at the same time. Lead sharing limits, lead age and carrier types differ by plan as shown on the pricing page.
6. Carrier data
Lead information comes from public U.S. Department of Transportation / FMCSA records and similar public sources, filtered and organized by our software. We do not guarantee that any record is complete, current or accurate, that any carrier will be interested in your offer, or any particular sales result. Lead scores and Sales Assistant suggestions are automated sales-priority indicators. They are not FMCSA safety ratings, credit assessments or legal advice.
7. Your responsibilities when contacting carriers
You are solely responsible for how you and your team contact carriers and use lead information. You must comply with all laws that apply to your outreach, including the U.S. Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Telemarketing Sales Rule, the National Do Not Call Registry and state do-not-call rules, the CAN-SPAM Act, and any privacy laws. Do not use autodialers, prerecorded messages or text messages without the consent the law requires, and honor every opt-out request.
8. Acceptable use
You may not:
- use the service for anything unlawful, fraudulent, harassing or deceptive, or to send spam;
- resell, publish, share or redistribute lead data from the service as a data product or list, or give access to people outside your company;
- share accounts or exceed the number of users your plan allows;
- scrape, copy or bulk-extract the service other than through the export features we provide;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access, probe or test the security of the service, interfere with its operation, or upload malicious code;
- infringe anyone's intellectual property or other rights.
9. Your content and our property
Notes, statuses, call history and other information you add to your workspace remain yours, and we use it only to provide the service. Company Tracker, including the software, design, scoring and the organized lead database, belongs to us. Your subscription gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your internal business purposes while your subscription is active.
10. Availability
We work to keep Company Tracker available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at all times. We may change, improve or remove features.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms, if payment fails or is refunded or charged back, if we reasonably suspect fraud or a security risk, or for repeated or serious violations of the acceptable use rules. You may stop using the service and cancel at any time.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is", and Company Tracker is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the claim arose.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will notify you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after the change means you accept the updated terms.
